Her life has been dedicated to educating people on the benefits of a balanced diet, how to incorporate exercise in to their everyday and to ultimately improve their overall health and well being.

Sophie Cashman will be running our luxury wreath making workshops and has been creating bespoke floral designs for weddings and events for over 20 years. Her passion for flowers stem from the love she has for the flora and fauna in her own garden.

It is not unusual for Sophie to personalise wedding bouquets with flowers from the Bride or Groom’s garden. She loves sharing her knowledge and creativity during workshops to inspire people to create beautiful designs that they are really proud of.

Karen Sage is the Founder of Gatehouse Candles , which are handmade in Kent using Sasol wax and cotton wicks. They have a wide range of fragrances for you to choose from or to mix together to create a unique fragrance. They also sell room diffusers, room sprays and ‘melt’s for use in oil burners or as draw fresheners.

Mineral wax is used as it is ideal for use in containers, giving a lovely smooth appearance, plus the low melting point helps to ensure that the wax burns down evenly and completely. Most importantly the mineral wax ensures a good scent throw for the duration of the candle’s use.

Tobias Kerns is a massage therapist and personal trainer. He offers a wide range of treatments and services including Swedish, holistic, relaxation, deep tissue, rose quartz facial, sports and rehabilitation massage, core gym instruction and personal training.
